This gorgeous indoor birdcage model features the same quality construction as the same size outdoor aviary and includes a set of grate, and trays (indoor kit).
Our 5' X 8' Sectional Cage - Indoor creates a roomy pet environment and also allows for easy future expansion and/or compartment divisions. It will easily house three large birds or 5 to 6 medium size birds. This is an excellent decorative bird cage for converting a spare room into an impressive ‘bird room' for your pets. It’s also a great birdcage for colony breeding various species or for breeding a single pair of large birds like macaws or cockatoos. The extra wide side panels will accommodate all types of nest boxes including for Hyacinths, as well as all your bird-supplies, such as toys, ropes and perches!
Indoor to Outdoor in Seconds! This all-weather birdcage is shown with the floor kit installed making it indoor ready. Since all of our cages are outdoor ready, many people use them indoors for the winter months and outdoors in the moderate months. Simply fill the six inch deep bottom with your favorite substrate and sift like kitty litter for cleaning. The actual outside area dimensions are 8 ft. X 5 ft. 1 in. so plan your space requirements accordingly. Remember, three other door options are available for side panel installation if you need them. The manufacturer has a 20 year guarantee against color failure.
The grate is a hinged two piece construction, framed with the same one inch square tubing as the cage panels. It sits securely on the five lower hinge joints. The trays are a two piece set that features a standing seam that connects both trays and eliminates the possibility of droppings getting in between them - great for a lot of birds, such as in a Finch cage where there can be a lot of mess! The debris trays will sit under the grate as shown, or will just as easily sit on top of the grate, thus eliminating the need to clean the grate altogether. Your birds’ individual behavior will determine which position is most practical for you.
Note: This cage features bolt together construction making it especially suitable for rambunctious small primates in addition to birds and reptiles.

This aviary is shipped freight (tailgate) meaning you will have to set up an appointment with the shipping company for delivery, be home to accept the delivery and unload it from the truck. For an additional fee of $125, you can purchase "Lift Gate Service." The lift gate transports the skid with the aviary box to the ground. Otherwise the customer may have to get onto the truck, cut the bands and unload the bird cage panels individually. Each birdcage panel weighs between 40 and 50 pounds. Lift gate service is only necessary for residential delivery or commercial delivery without a loading dock.

Optional Accessories Rotating Feeder Station - $79.00
Our Rotating Feeder Station allows for easy access to three stainless steel, 16 oz. food bowls from the outside. This is especially useful for flighted birds or when housing a colony; especially if you do not have a safety catch. It will mount on to any of our aviary panels, virtually any place you want. This is done by cutting the vertical wires just below a horizontal wire and just above the bottom adjacent horizontal wire, thus creating a hole in the panel. The Rotating Feeder Station then easily mounts on either side of the panel and fastens together with 6 nuts and bolts.
The bowls are securely held in place when they are on the inside position and are easily removed when rotated to the outside. It is also lockable by using a small padlock.
Safety Door - $699.95
The single safety catch door is designed to bolt up to a single 6 ft. bird cage or 8 ft. bird aviary, or on a 5 x 8 parrot cage or 10.5 x 12 ft bird cage. It consists of four panels with the door panel at the end panel. The enclosure it creates is 30 in. X 40 in. The panel width is 38 in. Birdcage safety catches are great for large bird cages where escape is a concern. The Safety Catch Door bolts directly up to the door panel of the bird aviary, and you just simply close the door behind you before opening the main large aviary door, eliminating escape from the birdcage!
